Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 19, 2019
Thank you for using this website (“Website”) and the Relm mobile application (“App”) (collectively, the “Services”), which are owned by VivaGrande, LLC d/b/a Relm (“Relm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy is part of the Terms of Use that govern your use of the Services. A link to our Terms of Use is provided at the bottom of each page of this Site.
Please take a few minutes to review this privacy policy (the “Policy”). It governs your use of any Relm Services on which it is posted.

Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies only to information collected through the Services on which it is posted. This Policy is part of the Terms of Use that govern your use of the Services. We typically provide a link to our Terms of Use in the universal footer of our Services. If you do not agree with this Policy or the Terms of use, please stop using the Services and delete the App from your device.
Some of the information we collect through this Services may be “Personal Information” - information that identifies you personally, alone or in combination with other information available to us. Other information may be non-personally identifiable, such as information collected by cookies.

Other Agreements

When you sign up to use a special feature of the Services, such as applying for a bank account, you may be asked to agree to special terms governing your use of the special feature. In such cases, you may be asked to expressly consent to the special terms, for example, by checking a box or clicking on a button marked “I agree.” This type of agreement is known as a “click-through” agreement. If any of the terms of the click-through agreement are different than the terms of this Policy, the terms of the click-through agreement will supplement or amend this Policy, but only with respect to the matters governed by the “click-through agreement.”

Types of Personal Information We Collect

Information You Manually Provide.
Relm collects the “Personal Information” you manually provide (using your keyboard, mouse, or touchpad) when you use our Services, such as name, email address, school, preferences, date of birth, spending habits and trends, mailing address and telephone number. For example, we collect the information you provide when you create an account or engage with us on the Services. We may also collect any Personal Information you submit on or through our Services when you provide Feedback, answer questions we ask, like another user’s post, or contact us with questions. Some of the information you post to this Site may constitute User-Generated Content. All User-Generated Content must comply with our Terms of Use.
Financial Information for Financial Feature.
Additionally, once we launch the financial portion of the app, we will ask for additional information to create a bank account for you. This information may include your social security number, date of birth, permanent resident address, and additional credit features (“Financial Information”). We will collect this information to provide it to our sponsor bank in order to verify qualification for a bank account/credit card, and give you access to your financial account created through the Services.
Information Sent to Us by Your Web Browser.
We collect information that is sent to us automatically by your Web browser. This information typically includes your IP address, the identity of your Internet service provider, the name and version of your operating system, the name and version of your browser, the date and time of your visit, and the pages you visit. Please check your browser if you want to learn what information your browser sends or how to change your settings. Generally, we do not link the information provided by your browser to your Personal Information.
More About IP Addresses.
Your IP address is the identifier assigned to your particular computer when you access the Internet. Depending on how you connect to the Internet, your IP address may always be the same, or it may change each time you access the Internet. IP addresses do not include your name, email address or other Personal Information, but in some cases, they can be used to identify you. For example, if you have registered with our Services, we may link your IP address to account information that identifies you personally. We may also provide your IP address to our third-party service providers who can use it to identify information such as your state and zip code. If we suspect inappropriate or criminal activity or a threat to our Services or their users, we may also share our server logs—which contain users’ IP addresses—with the appropriate investigative authorities, who could use that information to trace and identify individuals.
Cookies and Similar Technologies.
Most websites use cookies and/or similar technologies to place information about a user’s visit to that website in a small data text file that is stored on the user’s computer. In general, we use cookies and other web technologies to:
  • collect information about the ways visitors use our Services—which pages they visit, which links they use, and how long they stay on each page;
  • run analytics regarding use of the Services;
  • support the features and functionality of our Services—for example, to save you the trouble of reentering information already in our database or to prompt the settings you established on previous visits; and
  • personalize your experience when you use our Services, including by serving targeted advertisements.
Generally, the information we collect using these web technologies does not identify you personally. If, however, you have created a user account, we may link the information we collect using these web technologies to other information that identifies you personally.
If you do not wish to receive cookies, you may be able to set the browser of your computer or mobile or tablet device to reject cookies or to alert you when a cookie is delivered. You may also be able to delete our cookies as soon as you leave our Services. Although you are not required to accept our cookies when you visit our Services, if you set your browser to reject cookies, you may not be able to use all of the features and functionality of our Services.
Information from your mobile or tablet device.
If you download our App or access one of our websites through your mobile or tablet device, we may automatically collect certain information from or about your mobile or tablet device. The types of information we may collect include the type of device you use, your device’s unique ID, the IP address of your device, your device’s operating system, the type of mobile or tablet Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use our App.
Using GPS technology, we may also collect precise, real-time location information from your mobile or tablet device and use that information to deliver tailored content through our mobile websites or through our App. Your mobile or tablet device may allow you to adjust your settings so that location information is not available to any mobile website or application. If you have questions about the security and privacy settings of your mobile or tablet device, please refer to instructions from your mobile service provider or the manufacturer of your device.

Please note that the Add-on does not prevent information from being sent to Relm.
In addition, if you would like to opt-out of having interest-based information collected by certain entities during your visits to our Services or other websites, please contact us directly.

In General.
We respect your right to make choices about the ways we collect, use and disclose your Personal Information. In most cases, we will ask you to indicate your choices at the time we collect your Personal Information. You may change previously expressed preferences regarding how we use your Personal Information. If you are a registered member of the Services, you may be able to change certain privacy preferences through your account settings. Otherwise, if at any time you wish to be taken off our mailing lists, please contact us by e-mail at support@yourrelm.com or by mail at 4601 S Loop 289 #28, Lubbock, Texas, 79424. Please provide your full name, postal address and e-mail address so that we can find you on our mailing lists. Once we have the information we need, we will remove you from our mailing lists as you have requested. Please give us a reasonable amount of time to honor your request.
Do Not Track Mechanisms.
Because of the changing state of technology and indecision within the industry regarding the meaning of DNT signals, we currently do not make any guarantee that we will honor DNT signals.

You can access, update or correct the Personal Information you have submitted to us using a functionality available through a mobile or tablet application. If you are unclear as to how to access, update or correct your Personal Information, please contact us at support@yourrelm.com. We will respond to you within a reasonable time and, in any case, within the time limits established by applicable law. We may ask you for additional information to verify your identity. In most cases, we will provide access and correct or delete any inaccurate information you discover. In some cases, however, we may limit or deny your request if the law permits or requires us to do so or if we are unable to verify your identify.

Steps We Take to Safeguard your Personal Information

We maintain reasonable administrative, physical and technological measures to protect the confidentiality and security of Personal Information you submit on or through the Services. Unfortunately, no Web site, server or database is completely secure or “hacker proof.” We therefore cannot guarantee that your Personal Information will not be disclosed, misused or lost by accident or by the unauthorized acts of others. We may share aggregate information with third parties so we and they can better understand our user base. We may also share with third parties information about how particular individuals use our Services, but only on a de-identified basis (“Individualized Data”).
